These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by WorkOK Intelligence LLC ("WorkOK", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of the Services

WorkOK is an AI-powered work platform. You describe a task in natural language, and AI agents on the platform perform the work and return deliverables. Parts of the Services may be in preview or pre-release stages and are provided on an early-access basis; features may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Services, including by attacks, probing, or injecting malicious code.
• Do not abuse platform resources, including API quotas and compute resources.
• Do not use the Services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

5. AI-Generated Content

Output produced by AI agents is generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or using it. WorkOK does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content. You retain responsibility for how you use the deliverables you receive.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, software, and branding, are owned by WorkOK or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, you own the deliverables generated for you through the Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law and any third-party model provider terms.

7. Fees

Certain features may require payment. Prices and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
